This is a very unique City set from Lego. As soon as it was available I picked it up. The designers were thinking outside of the box with this one. It looks like the SUV was modeled on a Range Rover or possibly a Land Cruiser, given the lines. The tires are a new style, one which I believe they created for the new off-road/forest series. They are more crowned but have less of a sipe than the typical Lego tire. The SUV overall is an excellent design, though I did modify it slightly--I lifted it 1 stud higher to give it a more aggressive stance. I also added a 1x4 red brick to the trunk (boot) lid to give continuity to the red pinstriping. I created a light bar for the front bumper to free up access to the roof, so I could mount a raft (I combined this set with a modified caravan from the Car & Caravan set to create an off-road explorer set).There's not much to say about the motorbikes themselves--they go together easily and are almost a perfect representation of today's off-road style bike.As far as the motorbike trailer is concerned, it seemed a bit like an afterthought. I really think they could have cleaned up the lines a bit, or even better, built it as an enclosed 'toy hauler' like we have in the USA.
I do like the new unique parts included in this set--tires, motorbikes, new helmet style, the mechanics tools, the two cabinets with drawers, and the spare wheel carrier all increase the 'cool' factor and playability.Even without the slight modifications I made, this set is definitely THE low-cost Lego set to have this season.

Well, what can I say? Although it's been great to see Lego making a return to their more functional and traditional component designs, this Dirt Bike Transporter is one of the most pleasing designs they've come out with in years. It combines a situation (or 'scene') that adds an interesting dimension to play, but is also constructed from very few special components, meaning that more detail is acquired from bricks that can be reused, or even added to.

The Jeep vehicle is a lovely design and is just the right size, too. A lot of City vehicles these days tend to have very wide bodies and wheels that are out of proportion (I'm guessing to make them easier to handle for small hands), but in this instance it all looks and feels perfectly balanced. The bonnet is made from multiple bricks rather than one unique component, and the front grille area has plenty of great details.

Even the trailer is worthy of praise and has been well thought out. I absolutely love the miniature wheels that have been used, and haven't seen these in donkeys years (they were once the standard wheels for Lego cars). A small tool box is present for the driver to fix those bikes, and a few flags/cones add some challenge for the riders.

For the RRP, this makes a simply excellent addition to this years City range and it's good to see Lego making some more authentic or lifelike contributions to the world of leisure/activity in our city world.

I live in Sweden and for some reason LEGO does not sell the product here, yet any way. My son loves bike and is very happy with it. Both bikes and the car are robust and have given lots of great play time. 5 stars to Amazon for the quick deliver. recommed for children who wants fun and either the adults ... great collection .. easy to play .. my children love it.My 7 year old great-nephew loved this. Nothing else to say except, you can rely on great Lego quality, as always.Veteran be pleased special animal beyond love 8- time aged veteran. Man be pleased putting eventuality with with at the same time man got it , man went into his occasion , shut love beginning , with began musical it.I absolutely love this set. it is very fun to play with and is very durable. I like just playing race with the motorcycles. I can not think of any bad things about it. My Veteran be pleased legos. Man is 8 with existing happen received special power.Another great product from Lego, great value and lots of play value, with the vehicle, trailer and trial bikes. Perfect gift for Lego fans. realy nice detail, good fun,nice to have car trailer and 2 bikes, plus the 2 men look great.the tiny tools in toolbox are a very nice touch.highly reccomended. Purchased for a young 37 year old and he loved it. Of course his 4 year old loved it too but it just shows Lego gets better with age. Go on, buy it!

This was bought for my 6 year old son who just loves Lego he plays well with it and it was added to his collection Fast delivery service, bought as a Christmas present for our son. My son loved building it with his dad on Christmas Day, simple to build. this is a very good Lego construction toy. My son has taken to loving motor bikes, I got hit his for his birthday and it was all he played with for a couple of days. Great set, lots of playability. And it's Lego, who doesn't like Lego?  

Arrived on time, as pictured, in good condition. They're legos, what else can you say?! Nice little kit that can be added to any collection. Was purchased for young boy. 

I bought this for a 9 year old boy who is into dirt bikes and quads but hasn't played much with Legos. He loved it! Sat down very patienly and put it together and played with it. It was a big hit with him.
